Before any customer completes a purchase or books a consultation, I want them to be required to check a box confirming they have read and agree to my Terms & Conditions.
The agreement should include:
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Custom work is non-refundable.
- Rush fees are non-refundable.
- Clients must approve all design details before production.
- Additional changes after approval may require additional payment.
- Clients agree to contact The Sol Ari Collection directly to resolve any issues before filing a payment dispute or chargeback.
- Orders are subject to stated production and shipping timelines.
- Customers acknowledge and agree to all store policies before completing checkout or booking.

Processing Times
- Regular Wet Tops: Please allow 1–10 business days for processing before your order ships.
- Jersey Wet Tops & LV Wet Tops:Please allow up to 15 business daysfor processing before your order ships.
Processing time does not include shipping time. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
If you need your order sooner, please contact me before placing your order to discuss rush availability and applicable rush fees.
